Once the device is selected, click the “Erase iPhone” button. Select the device you want to unlock from the list of devices associated with your Apple ID. To do this, open the Find My iPhone app on another device or go to and sign in with the same Apple ID used on the locked device. Once Find My iPhone is enabled, you can use it to unlock your device. Make sure the Find My iPhone switch is set to the On position. To do this, open the Settings app and select iCloud. First, you must have the Find My iPhone feature enabled on the device. Using Find My iPhone to unlock a locked iPhone running iOS 7 is a simple process. If you’ve tried all of the tips above but are still having setup issues, please contact your ISP to ensure that they have not restricted your UniFi Host's connectivity.How to Use Find My iPhone to Unlock a Locked iPhone iOS 7 We recommend contacting your ISP first to confirm whether or not this is necessary. You may need to clone your modem or router’s MAC address in order to set up your UniFi Host. Some ISPs restrict connectivity to certain MAC addresses. Verify Your UniFi Host's Internet Connection If they are, but your issue persists, we recommend using our UniFi cables for optimal compatibility and performance.
